Thai Massage focuses on ALL of you.  Your whole body, mind and spirit.

Your practitioner will work on the Sen lines of the body stimulating circulation, encouraging healing, relaxation and balance within your body.  Acupressure points will be used to target specific areas and you will be moved through a variety of passive stretches.  This helps create space in the joints, increase flexibility and reduce pain and tightness.

Thai Massage is very adaptable to all body types.  You do not need to be flexible to benefit from stretching and pressure can be adapted from light to deep.  Performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor, the massage creates a unique grounding experience.  By increasingly succumbing to gravity you are equally supported by the earth.

Benefits of Thai Massage include:

-reduced stress

-accelerated body tissue repair

-improved range of motion

-relief of pain and stiffness

-increased flexibility

-headache relief

-increased energy
